THE LIFE BEHIND THE LEGACY
Meet Rohan.
Rohan was 23, a data engineer, a guitarist, an adventurer and a young man who was already thinking about the life he wanted to build.
He loved cars, music, hiking, gym, padel, fishing, hunting, camping, golf and being outdoors. He had plans for his career, property, travel and his future.
At 18, when I suggested that he should have a will, his answer was simple:
“Mom, I don’t have anything.”
What neither of us knew then was how important the decisions he made next would become.
Rohan documented his wishes. He made decisions about organ donation. He had a Living Will. And his family knew where to find the information that mattered.
Those decisions could not make losing him easier.
But they meant we did not have to guess.
START WHERE YOU ARE
You have a voice today.
You may be 18 and just starting out. You may have your first job, your first car, a few belongings and some money in the bank.
“I don't have anything yet.”
But planning isn't only about what you own.
It's about making decisions while you are able to make them for yourself — and making sure the people you trust know what those decisions are.
01
DECIDE IT.
Think about what you want.
02
DOCUMENT IT.
Put important decisions in writing.
03
DISCUSS IT.
Talk to someone you trust.
04
MAKE IT ACCESSIBLE.
Make sure the right people can find the information when they need it.
You don't need to have your whole life figured out. You just need to start.
YOUR LIFE. YOUR DECISIONS
What can you put in place?

Start the conversation.
Help them understand their choices.
Let the decisions remain theirs.
FOR PARENTS →
The goal isn't to make the decisions for them. It's to make sure they know they have decisions to make.
ONE DECISION. MANY LIVES
Organ donation starts with a decision.
Rohan made his decision while he was still young.
He recorded that he wanted to be an organ donor — but when the moment came, what mattered just as much was that his family could find that information.
Organ donation is not only about registering.
It is about making the decision, recording it and making sure the people closest to you know what you want.
MAKE THE DECISION.
REGISTER IT.
TELL YOUR FAMILY.
One decision can begin here.
01
DECIDE
Know what you want.
02
REGISTER
Record your decision through the official process.
03
TELL
Make sure your family knows.
A decision is most useful when the people who may need it know it exists.

ONE DECISION YOU CAN PUT IN PLACE TODAY
Start with your will.
You don't need to own a house, have children or have a large estate before a will matters.A will gives you the opportunity to make decisions about what you do have and who should handle things when you are no longer able to.
Rohan put his first will in place at 18.
